Brazilian Passion Fruit Mousse

Let’s start the New Year with something sweet. This  recipe makes an easy and deliciously creamy mousse, sure to please everyone.
You can also make it with mango, berries or any fruit available at the time.
I bought  quite a few passion fruits at a street market in Sao Paulo, Brazil, while on holiday.
They can be quite big. These were almost the size of a big apple.

Here is the recipe

Ingredients
1 can of condensed milk
The same measure of  double cream
0.5 measure of passion fruit pulp, no added water
Reserve some of the passion fruit for decoration
Gelatine no flavour or colour
Method:
Prepare the gelatine according to instructions. Set aside till cool.
Blend all ingredients including the cooled liquid gelatine.
Place in individual moulds  or ramekins or a family size mould.
Place in the fridge  for 5 hours.
Decorate. Serve chilled.  Easy and Yummy!!!
Happy New Year!
