Spicy ‘Nduja Bread

I first heard, tasted and cooked with ‘Nduja (correct pronunciation:  ‘un-DOO-ya’) back in 2011, when Unearthed invited eight bloggers for an afternoon of cooking with this gutsy, spicy and spreadable sausage. Read all about it here.  For a while I’ve been thinking of a recipe using ‘Nduja. Here it is! I adapted from one of my mother’s recipe. In her recipe she fills the dough with cheese, mortadella, tomatoes and herbs. The best thing about this recipe is no need to proof the bread.    I also made a Vine post, my handle is Rosana_McPhee.
